Deb McFadden has a rich background in both the public and private sectors. Her diverse experience blends for a powerful depth of knowledge on both training and security. Deb has worked as a civilian in a police department in crime prevention and with 911 Consulting on physical security. Keeping pace with current issues of importance, she shifted her focus to cybersecurity. Deb’s understanding of governments from municipal to federal give her insight into the complexity of enhancing cybersecurity for governments and schools while remaining open and transparent for the public.
Deb McFadden is a strategic problem-solver with both leadership and hands-on accomplishment in municipal government, education, training and crisis management. She is known for delivering immediate impact and building for profitable growth. With a record of achievement spanning the United States, Deb has served two mayoral administrations as a community ombudsman in Salt Lake City, managed one of the foremost tutorial organizations in Washington DC and directed communications for 911 Consulting. She is currently National Business Development Director of Stronger International.
In her personal life she has served in a variety of government and political positions from the Board of Selectmen in the town where she lives to representing Connecticut as a member of the Electoral College.
